3. Project Agreements and Payment 3.1 Project Initiation All projects begin with a written agreement confirmed via email, outlining the scope of work, timeline, package selected, and total cost. Work begins only after receipt of the initial deposit. 3.2 Payment Structure A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins The remaining 50% is due on the day of project launch and handover Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal 3.3 Payment Methods We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in USD. We do not offer payment plans or installment options at this time. 3.4 Overdue Payments If the final payment is not received within 7 days of the agreed launch date, we reserve the right to withhold site access until payment is completed.
4. Refund Policy We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties. 4.1 Before Work Begins If you request a cancellation before we have begun any work on your project — that is, before the initial deposit has been allocated to your project — you are entitled to a full refund of 100% of any payment made. 4.2 After Design Approval but Before Launch If you wish to cancel after the design phase has been approved and accepted by you, but before the store has been launched, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% covers the design and development work already completed. 4.3 After Launch Once your store has been launched and handed over to you, payments are non-refundable. This reflects the fact that the deliverable — a fully built and functioning WooCommerce store — has been completed and transferred to your ownership. 4.4 If We Miss Our Timeline If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe by more than 7 business days, and the delay is due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a partial refund of 15% of the total project cost as compensation for the inconvenience. 4.5 Post-Launch Issues If technical issues arise within 30 days of launch that are directly related to our work, we will resolve them at no additional cost. Client Responsibilities To ensure your project is delivered on time and to the highest standard, you agree to: Provide all required materials (product photos, descriptions, branding assets) within 5 business days of project kickoff Respond to design approval requests within 3 business days Provide feedback clearly and in writing via email Ensure you have the legal right to use all materials provided to us Delays caused by late provision of materials or feedback may affect the agreed project timeline. In such cases, the original delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1 Your Content You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us — product photos, descriptions, brand assets, and any other materials. By providing these materials, you confirm you have the legal right to use them. 6.2 Completed Work Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the completed WooCommerce store — including all design files, page layouts, and configurations — transfers to you.
